Media Agreement for TRENCHTALEZ Podcasts

By appearing on TRENCHTALEZ podcasts, interviews, livestreams, videos, or media productions, you agree that:

• Your voice, likeness, image, name, and statements may be recorded and used
• TRENCHTALEZ may edit recordings for production, marketing, or promotional purposes
• Recordings may be distributed publicly without additional approval
• You waive any rights to inspect or approve final edited materials
• You release TRENCHTALEZ from claims related to defamation, privacy, publicity, or compensation arising from the use of recordings

Participation is voluntary.

5. PAYMENT, BOOKINGS & REFUND POLICY

All bookings, promotions, interviews, advertisements, and media services must be paid according to agreed terms.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Deposits secure booking dates
• Missed appointments may require rescheduling fees
• TRENCHTALEZ reserves the right to refuse service

Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent bans and legal action.
